Unsafe/Safe Action or Conditions for Intervention (USSAI) App is a proactive tool to improve the safety culture in Brunei National Petroleum Company Sdn Bhd (also known as PetroleumBRUNEI) by intervening and reporting of the unsafe acts or condition. Staff of PetroleumBRUNEI can now quickly submit an USSAI within seconds anytime, anywhere!
The USSAI app will:
• Establish a proactive safety culture
• Analyse HSSE behaviour of staff
• Measure and establish a baseline of safety culture
• Serve as a means to justify follow up HSSE tools/mechanisms to progress the safety culture
• Record all the submitted USSAI for statistic purposes
• Save the environment via electronic submission instead of using USSAI cards
